Der Arbeitgeber gew\u00e4hrt in entsprechendem Umfang unbezahlte Freistellung (s. \u00a7 13 Abs. 1 Satz 4 MTV). Vor der Corona-Pandemie waren es regul\u00e4r zehn Tage. Bei mehreren Kindern besteht der Anspruch jedoch f\u00fcr jeden Elternteil nur f\u00fcr maximal 35 Arbeitstage (statt 25) im Jahr.
