Er vertritt die Interessen von bundesweit rund 1.300 Wohnungs- und Immobilienunternehmen und schlie\u00dft f\u00fcr diese als Tariftr\u00e4gerverband der Branche Tarifvertr\u00e4ge mit den Gewerkschaften ver.di und IG BAU ab. Gleichzeitig bietet er seinen Mitgliedern eine umfassende und kompetente personalrechtliche Betreuung.
